Scout Troop 249
 The lift
bridge is now on the National Register of
Historic Places. As Minnesota's first city,
Stillwater is home to logging themes, art
festivals, antiques, boating and
entertainment. A romance with this marvelous
bridge began when it was first erected in
1931.
People who
visit scenic Stillwater in the St. Croix
River Valley have learned how heritage is
placed in the wonderful bluff side church
spires, architecture, dining train, shops,
river boats with of course, the historic lift
bridge as backdrop. Now, you can
own a tribute to it with 14 new and rare
photos some dating back to it's construction.
Place your order
here and
mention Troop 249's Stillwater's Historical
Lift Bridge 1998 Calendar offer. Keep in mind
