Brewitz listens to the client's sculpture need.
Based on the information he gathers, he creates a
drawing for their review. Using house plans,
photos or sketches he prepares the work starting
with an architectural drawing keeping the site in
mind. Brewitz will
incorporate landscape designs upon request and
can arrange for installation of concrete or
decking for securing the work. Outdoor sculpture
is very different than indoor work because of the
elements that must be considered. Wind velocity,
wind direction, climate, foliage all can
influence the sculpture's motion and therefore
the design can be influenced by the elements that
the sculpture will ultimately be in.
Brewitz can render the
sculpture with shading and/or color to mirror
that of a finished kinetic sculpture. He is also
able to animate the work (if needed) so clients
can get a visual representation of how the piece
will work within the site's environment.
