CornerMark Graphic Services maintains communication with clients throughout the phases of servicing their project. We will use a flexible billing structure to accommodate project finances and can deliver the project to you at any time during the phases which are outlined as follows:

1. A customer chooses CornerMark based on referrals,
personal contact or other reasons.

2. Clients receive an initial evaluation. We prefer to work with
clients from a very early phase. This allows us to understand
client goals and their business strategy.

3. After our first meeting, CornerMark will make recommendations
based on clients needs for logo design, printed pages or web pages.
We will define how we can enhance the project with illustrations
and supply marketing research as requested. We believe in a team
approach and strive to promote a positive working relationship with
client and staff and save costs when possible. During this phase,
we will provide ideas for the project and provide an initial estimate.

4. The next phase is project development. We can import your text
from disk, e-mail or set the text from written or typed documents
to merge with the graphics we prepare for insertion into the document
or web page. Daily or weekly communication is essential as we get
direction from the client and staff and continue to
make recommendations.

5. Rough proofs are prepared to review and discuss any last changes
or corrections in the fifth phase.

6. In the sixth phase we will provide a final full color proof for client
sign-off. Changes and adjustments can still be made at this point.
Client satisfaction is our focus during this phase.

7. The final phase can vary depending on the project and can involve
the following. Some of these services can also be provided during
phases 2. - 7.

Backing up files to our disk, client disk or modem is strongly reccommended to ensure archiving the original design for reference, to make changes to and update information as necessary. We can train the Contact info clients staff to keep cost of maintaining web site low and changes to printed documents minimal.
